About Me

I was born in the back bedroom of my mother’s house in the town of Cirencester, England, on February 23, 1945. I was the ninth child that my mother gave birth to.  According to my older sister June, who was present at my birth, I was born at 6:21am, with a caul, or veil, over my face.  A caul (or veil) is a thin layer of skin that covers the face and is removed at birth.

It wasn’t until I was much older that I did some research and found out that children born with this particular phenomena are said to be very psychic and intuitive.

Thinking back, for as long as I can remember, I have seen spirits of people who have crossed over, and had moments of remembering things that I had no way of knowing.  These happenings were not strange to me nor did they ever cause me any unrest as I thought everyone could see what I saw.  It wasn’t until I got older that I knew I was different from my friends, and after a few experiences of being teased and made fun of, I made the decision that I would never acknowledge I was different or had gifts that allowed me to see things. So, for 60 years I stuffed it all down into a place where I wouldn’t have to think about it.

For many, many years, that’s where it stayed, lying dormant, just below my consciousness,  and I was fine letting it stay that way. But then….it all started to change in 2007 after a trip to England to visit my family. It was then that I met for the first time, my cousin Maggie, who is a medium, although I didn’t know that at the time I met her.

After I returned to the USA Maggie started receiving messages from my daughter, Annette, who died in 1975 at the age of ten.  The full story is in my book, “Annette Opens the Door”.

Through those messages from Annette and a series of subsequent events, my psychic abilities that had lain dormant for so many years, not only resurfaced, but developed into a “gift” that even I can’t explain.

I feel you walk beside me.....I know I'll see you again
